The terms and conditions specified on this page are specific to orders on our worldwide website. Placing an order constitutes your acceptance thereof. Orders on this website are processed in sterling.

Our Commitment

T&M is committed to supplying high quality products to recreational gardeners and households for personal use. In accordance with the established custom of the trade, T&M will in no case be liable for more than the actual amount paid for a particular product on sale.

We will endeavour to only have products on our web site that are in stock and available for ordering. Varieites that are out of stock will be listed as such and will not be available for purchase. You will not be charged for out of stock items and a credit note will be sent, if necessary. Your contract of supply will be with Thompson & Morgan (UK) Limited for items despatched from our UK fulfillment centre.

Despatch of the product by Thompson & Morgan (UK) Ltd constitutes the acceptance and commencement of our contract to supply.

Endangered Species

T&M will not knowingly offer for sale endangered species harvested from the wild or any genetically modified products.

Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards for online orders - please note that your account will be debited on receipt of order at T&M. Online vouchers and order codes are personal to each individual and any inappropriate use is fraud. T&M reserves the right to cancel any vouchers or order codes at any time.

All vouchers can be redeemed over the telephone, however we can only accept vouchers to the value of £10 in any one transaction. When using vouchers and order codes online the code must be entered in in the Basket. Only one voucher or order code can be used per order online.

Most seed orders are shipped within 5 working days of receipt of order.

We strive to provide the best possible products and level of service we can, but we're not perfect and occasionally we may fall below our own high standards. Our experienced Customer Care team will be happy to assist you if you do encounter problems. The team's aim is to respond promptly and efficiently to all comments and at the outset within 10 working days of receipt to ensure you, the customer, receive 100% satisfaction at all times.

Our Personal Guarantee to You

We promise to supply products in prime condition. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied upon receipt of your order, please advise us by email or in writing within 14 days - this allows a replacement to be sent promptly to ensure you still have time to achieve total satisfaction from your goods. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your seed germination, please notify us within 30 days of the prescribed germination time (specified on the seed packet) enclosing both the outer packet and inner foil sachet.

In exceptional circumstances we will issue credit vouchers or a full refund for faulty goods. Our liability is restricted to the value of the goods ordered. We cannot accept responsibility for items which fail to grow due to extreme weather conditions, over- or under-watering, or which have not been cared for according to the easy-to-follow instructions supplied. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Overseas Customers

There is NO minimum order value. Please avoid special requests (i.e. part shipment) since these cannot be complied with.

Although there is not normally any difficulty importing seeds, please note that:

"T&M seeds are intended only for export to countries where their cultivation is permitted. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ascertain and obey all laws, which apply to the possession and cultivation of any items listed on our site. Please consult local, provincial and federal laws (including pertinent laws applied to your country) before placing an order. Thompson & Morgan do not assume any responsibility if customs or similar agencies confiscate seeds. The risk of delivery falls on the customer therefore we will not be held liable as these products are intended only for export to countries where their cultivation is not restricted."

We regret that, due to local customs restrictions, we are not able to send any items to the following countries:
Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Australia, Colombia, Egypt, Kenya, Kuwait, Libya, Moldova, Morocco, New Zealand, Nigeria or South Africa.
