Description

Cauliflower Goodman is a reliable, vigorous late summer maturing cauliflower with firm, pure white heads.

Sowing Instructions

March to May, sow seeds thinly in a well prepared seedbed, 13mm deep.

Growing Instructions

Transplant when large enough to handle, approximately 5 weeks after sowing, to well prepared soil in a sunny spot, allowing 60cm between plants each way. Plant firmly and water in.

Aftercare

Harvesting: Deep, solid, well protected heads about 80 days from transplanting.

Kitchen Notes

Steam florets or bake in a traditional cheese sauce.
