Description

A visually appealing, red-crowned round radish with a white base, Radish Red Head offers a different colour to salads along with crisp, succulent, mild-flavoured inner flesh.

Sowing Instructions

Sow seeds thinly, ideally in broad drills, 13mm (½in) deep in drills 30cm (12in) apart in well-drained, fertile soil which has been raked to a fine tilth.

Growing Instructions

Water regularly, especially during dry periods to minimise bolting (running to seed).

Aftercare

Thin seedlings if necessary to avoid overcrowding and poor root development.
