A new introduction of triple curled parsley, Parsley Rosette gives a much tighter curl on neat, compact and very attractive plants. Extremely useful for the kitchen and a glorious garnish. Parsley Rosette stands well and holds its colour over a long period. Can be grown all year round for windowsill culture.
Sow seeds March to July outdoors, thinly, 12mm (½ inch) deep in prepared, fertile soil, in rows 30cm (12 inches) apart.
Germination can sometimes be slow and erratic, especially in cold soils if sown too early. Thin seedlings when large enough to handle to allow 15cm (6 inches) between plants.
Prefers moist, well-drained soil. Harvest June through to frosts, use cloches to extend season.
