A really quick growing mix for those gardeners who cannot wait! Salad Leaves Speedy Mixed produces a tasty blend of tastes, textures, colours and leaf shapes for sandwiches, salads and garnishes. Quickest during the summer months when Speedy Mixed will produce 'salad leaves' in about 25 days, but can also be sown all year indoors.

Contents: Salad Rocket Victoria, Greek Cress, Mizuna, Mustard Green & Red Frills, Pak Choi Canton White.

Really easy to grow. And a very fast crop. I havent got a greenhouse or garden, only a balcony. I was amazed at the results. Best seeds I have grown. I have tried a lot of companies but Thompson & Morgan are the best for me so far. I have my beetroot seeds in and I am sure they are going to be fantastic too. Well worth a go - the salad leaf selection is lovely and you get a lot of seeds in a packet. My seeds are nearly ready so I am really looking forward to my 1st crop. YUM!

Best idea ever! Great mix & greenhouse-sown ones lasted all winter. NEVER pay mad supermarket salad prices again!!

Sowing Instructions

Sow seeds thinly, 12mm (½in) deep in drills 23cm (9in) apart.

Growing Instructions

Thin seedlings if necessary, when large enough to handle, to 10cm (4in) apart.

Aftercare

Keep ground weed free, water well during dry periods. Harvest a few leaves from each plant.

Nutritional Information

Good source of provitamin A, vitamins C and K, and folate.
