Root length: 20-25cm (10-12in)

'Cut & Peel' (Imperator) varieties are popular for their long, slender, succulent sweet roots, with a uniform orange core colour. Carrot Infinity F1 is ideal cut into chunks for tasty snacks, dips or stews. Stores well.

Sowing Instructions

Sow May to June. Sow seeds thinly, 1cm (1/2in) deep in drills 30cm (12in) apart.

Growing Instructions

Thin seedlings carefully when large enough to handle, to reduce risk of carrot root fly attacks.

Grow Spring Onion White Lisbon next to carrots as the smell helps deter Carrot Fly.

Aftercare

Prefers well drained, moist, rich soil. Roots can be lifted for storing overwinter.
