Agastache aurantiaca Fragrant Mixed

Antirrhinum majus nanum Bronze Dragon

These eye-catching, bushy, dwarf plants have the darkest, almost black foliage we have ever seen on an Antirrhinum! Bred by Thompson & Morgan, Bronze Dragon looks almost as attractive before flowering as it does when smothered in its gorgeous, purple and white bicoloured blooms. Truly outstanding in borders or containers and can also boast very good rust resistance.

Aubergine : Orlando F1 Hybrid

Attractive, virtually spineless, dwarf plants yield an abundant crop of 'baby' fruits, 5cm (2in) in length. Aubergine Orlando produces finger-length aubergines that have beautiful dark-purple skins and are not at all bitter tasting.

Bean : Broad Bean : Stereo

(White Seeded). One of the best, smaller, slender-podded varieties, gaining in popularity for its early setting of 'mange-tout pods' which can be picked young, just before the beans form. Broad Bean Stereo is delicious raw, or steamed and eaten whole. Pick regularly for highest yields. Compact, upright habit, ideal for containers. Broad Bean Stereo can also be grown as traditional pods. Height: 90cm (36 inches).

(White Seeded). Perfect for early sowings in February, as this variety shows excellent tolerance to cold weather. Broad Bean Witkiem produces a good crop of plump, well-filled pods with big tasty beans which will be ready to harvest in June. Recommended for home freezing. Broad Bean Witkiem can also be sown successionally through to May. Height: 100cm (40 inches).

An early variety, Climbing Bean Helda produces good yields throughout the summer. Pods grow up to 25cm in length and 21mm width. Can be grown in the greenhouse for earlier crops.

Climbing Bean Fasold (gww0688) - (Upper right) - Very early to crop, with a long harvest period and decorative mauve flowers. Producing a huge harvest of superb flavoured, long, fleshy, round, mid-green stringless pods that are slow to develop seeds. Its semi-climbing, less vigorous habit makes it ideal for growing under glass for the earliest crops.

Dwarf Bean Delinal (gww0149) - (Lower right) - An outstanding variety for both crop and flavour. A 'filet' type with 15cm (6in) mid green, stringless pencil pods 8mm (1/3in) diameter. Delinel Bean seeds in the RHS Vegetable Collection have outstanding crops, and a long season if picked regularly. Bean Common Mosaic Virus and Anthracnose resistance. Black seeded variety. Height 45cm(18in).

Runner Bean White Lady (gww0231) - (Left) - A premier variety in every way. The pure white flowers are less prone to being picked by birds, so the resulting crop is much greater. Plus, this variety sets better than any other when it comes to high temperatures. The long, mid green pods with white seeds hang in numerous clusters, and are both smooth and stringless. The result is a delicious vegetable which can be sliced or eaten whole with a garnish of butter.
